During our first meetup after the Summer Residency, we focused on student voice. Specifically, we discussed what it means for students to be thought leaders in a school setting as well as in life. Additionally, we explored new tools, discussing their classroom applications.
In December, we focused on equity, acknowledging our roles in the education system. To begin the conversation, we utilized methods from the Courageous Conversations Handbook.
In January, we explored audiovistas, using the tool to document and share our experiences from our recent Site Visit to Chicago.
We met twice in March to prepare for the end of the school year.
